Help!

I'm having quite the time trying to figure out how to do this. I added a photo (I know it's not the most recent one but I can't find a copy of the latest). But I don't think this photo is going to show up as a permanent part of the page. I also haven't figured out how everyone else is supposed to be able to access the journal. I'll send you all log in information via email but I can't help but think there is supposed to be a better way. Anyone up for trying to help me figure it out? I'd like to make this look nice for all of us to use.

Tomorrow is school and it's already midnight. I better hit the sack!
