Chelsea's birthday is coming up in a few months. Any ideas for a present or for an event since it is her 21st?

I was thinking about not letting Chelsea have a birthday. I mean, now I'm down to only one kid and I'd prefer to refuse to acknowledge that she is a grown up. Can't I keep just ONE, please? LOL!!! :P~
I guess Chelsea will have to decide what she wants to do for her "emancipation" birthday.
Great idea. For her birthday we can change her official status from "child" to "co-inhabitor" or something. Thak will surely be a surprise for her b-day.
